Dad 'raped daughter over 30 years'

A Victorian (Australia) man has been charged with a series of sex and incest offences allegedly committed against his daughter over a period of 30 years.

It will be alleged that DNA tests were used to establish that the man is the father of his daughter's four children.

The man, in his 60s, will face five charges of rape, five of incest, two of indecent assault and one count of common assault when he appears in court in November.

The offences are being investigated by detectives in the Latrobe Valley.

The case appears to be similar to that of Austrian man Josef Fritzl, who locked his daughter inside a dungeon under his home for 24 years and fathered seven children with her. He was sentenced to life in a mental institution in March this year.

This morning Victorian Premier John Brumby said he first learned of the case late last night.

"I can't comment on the specifics," he said.

"There is a person in custody who is awaiting trial. And I think it's very important that nothing is said that might prejudice jucidial proceedings.

"Any crime of this type is one that is shocking and is personally repulsive to me and other Victorians, and any crime that did occur in our state of this type would be met with the full force of the law.

这些禽兽人咋都没想过小孩的未来身心创伤的打击，太没人性了，就像澳洲提倡呵护人权自由，这些禽兽简直夺取小孩自由的童年和一生必须受到其他小孩歧视的眼光来过一辈子，甚至制造社会问题对道德，安全这两个字的定义起了个很大的问号和不安。

人心险恶比鬼来的阴险莫测。关键在于好心态的人只会不害人，只会保持心情平和，可是保不了被人害。特别是在各种利益面前，在利害关头，世人的嘴脸可谓说变就变。只有与世无争的人可能最少受害了，但是，有谁能做到与世无争呢？
